At Siesta by Diana, we offer family sleep solutions that cater to your unique needs. As a Certified Sleep Consultant, our services are designed to help your child with sleep techniques that are age appropriate, and tailored to your family.
Hi! I am Diana Gutman, Certified Sleep Consultant and founder of Siesta by Diana. I am also a wife, and mom of an amazing boy.
My passion to help other families stems from many sleepless nights raising my own son. With my background in Psychology and deep interest in learning more about pediatric sleep, I decided to pursue this career and guide families to achieve their sleep goals.
After becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach by the Family Sleep Institute, I have dedicated myself to restore babies and families´ deep dreams. Together with exhausted parents, we collaborate to bring back sleep in their homes creating a plan that suits different parenting styles, family´s schedules, and bedtime routines.
My experience includes baby, toddler, big kid, and twins sleep training. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
I want to help other families reach the night of their dreams (literally!). When your baby sleeps, the world becomes a better place, right? So let’s start a conversation on how working together can improve your child’s life and your family’s sleep.
